Being on the train during a freak storm is intense. Calm then thunder then lightning then insane rain then calm again.
On my way to school, I saw a giant woman made of peaches. The peaches were fake, I saw a few on the ground with bite marks in them.

Joanna got back from a year in France (& other parts of Europe) and brought this alcohol (like fruity vodka) that her host family made. It's awesome. haha

My first gig photos for this year. I'm a little rusty.

First time at 77 also.. I like the venue, the lighting is a bit sucky. Red/purple lighting is the worse. I refuse to use a speedlight to take photos of bands while they are performing though.

I am testing out watermarks for my photos. Sujin had created some cool logos for me but I think I will go with just a simple one with my website url.

I feel more tired than usual. I can't sleep though and the next few nights will be fun but exhausting.

I went to a 4 year old's birthday party today.
& there was a jumping castle.

"Captain cabinet, trapped in cabinets" has been in my head all day.
Salt water creatures are cool. I really want a seahorse.
I have a new little sketch book I bring everywhere.

When I watch movies, I tend to watch it for the cinematography more than anything else (storyline, script & soundtrack are also important of course).
I make some of my photos look like film stills but I'm unaware of this until people tell me.

I'm taking photos again. Hooray!

AND HOLY SHIT!
THE BEDLAM IN GOLIATH (THE MARS VOLTA) IS BRILLIANT!!!

I've been awake for 33 hours so far.
I feel a bit strange but awake.
We bought coffees and got free donuts and went on a road trip in the early hours of the morning, way before the sun was up.
Fog. Trucks. Sunrise (sort of). Naps (not me). Mozzies. Exploring. Mountains. Petrol stations.
Eventually, we came back and hung out and watched b-grade horror movies. It was fun. I love adventures.

Random night time drive out west again. It was pretty funny.

In other news:
-Back to school. My course is almost done. Exciting!
- My internet has been a bit stuffed.
- Mozzies are killerrrr.
- I might be doing the whole "must take at least one photo per day thing" again.

I wish I had a photo pass or smuggled Noir (my camera) in coz Nathan blowing smoke up in the air with the awesome lighting would've made a brilliant photo.

Sweaty.

Hot Monday afternoons = hanging in your room with the air con on and painting brains with gouche, then taking a photo of it and chucking it on flickr.

Go to Lonestar (Parramatta) and laugh at all the spelling mistakes they have around the place. It's ridiculous.

I feel ill.

Energy drinks = death.

Okay, here's a little update with days missing as I don't remember..

On Christmas Day I went up to my parentals' aquaculture farm, hung out, took photos, went to the beach, etc.

The Scare put on an insane show again (but I thought they were more .. I dunno... energetic? last time I saw them)
